Welcome to Animal House Vets. We offer a full range of pet services across our surgeries in St. George, Downend, Chipping Sodbury and our new Westbury Park surgery which is NOW OPEN.

We understand how important your pets are to you and our friendly team is dedicated to providing the highest possible level of care to your pets at an affordable price.  

Animal House Vets first opened in 2004 at the Chalks Road site in St George. The veterinary team is headed by practice owner, Mark Binns, MA VetMB MBA MRCVS.

Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible veterinary care for their pets. We believe that this is achieved through professionalism and teamwork as well as commitment and compassion towards both our patients and their owners. Our greatest strength is our staff. Our experienced team of veterinary surgeons is supported by a dedicated team of qualified and trainee veterinary nurses and we all pride ourselves on providing the highest possible levels of patient care.   

Across our sites we have excellent facilities and up-to-date equipment, including digital x-ray, ultrasound and we have three full operating theatres. This means that, in most cases, pets can be treated quickly and effectively. If referrals are necessary, we have excellent relationships with a range of referral specialists who are able to advise on the best option for you and your pet. 

As part of our commitment to ensuring an excellent service, we give you a specific allotted appointment for consultations. This allows for both a thorough examination of your pet and discussion with you as owner. We believe that this is essential so that informed decisions can be made about your pet’s care. We strongly recommend pet insurance to cover all eventualities. Longer appointments are allocated to all new clients, puppies and kittens which allow us to get to know both your and your pet properly. 

We encourage communication at all levels and are always keen to listen to feedback from our clients.This helps us to understand what our clients expect from us and so ensure that we continue to provide you with an excellent service which repesents good value for money.
