This handsome fellow is Bertie who was seen at our Westbury Park practice today. He had three grass seeds removed from his paw. As you can see from the photos, these tiny little seeds can cause quite a lot of damage and are rather painful for your pet. If left in the body, grass seeds can cause swelling, abscesses and open sores.
